Podcasting now available in MB Building!

IITS is excited to announce the addition of podcasting in 90 per cent of MB Building classrooms. To date, 33 rooms are equipped, with the remainder scheduled to be complete by Feb. 1st, 2010. Additionally, almost 40 rooms are equipped both at Loyola as well as in the Hall Building of the SGW campus. Details.

Loni Cornax named Acting Head of IITS

Vice-President Services Michael Di Grappa is pleased to announce the appointment of Loni Cornax as Acting Head of IITS, effective December 7, 2009. She will assume the day-to-day leadership of IITS while a national search takes place for a new permanent head of IITS. Details.

Marc Tisseur appointed Acting Assistant Director, User Services and Ted Zeisner appointed Acting Manager, Office Technology and Helpline.

In this new role, Mr. Tisseur will direct the development, enhancement and maintenance of the university’s IITS academic facilities and services.

Mr. Zeisner will be responsible for managing computing and related automation technologies, and consultative services. Details.
