Network interruption: Nov. 20-22

Maintenance on Concordia's network will be performed according to the following schedule:

• Loyola Campus: Between 11:00 p.m. Friday, Nov. 20th and 5 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 21st

• SGW Campus: Between 11:00 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 21st and 5 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 22nd

This maintenance will result in disruptions to all network and telephone services lasting up to 30 minutes. These network interruptions will only occur once in each building.

Phishing security reminder

Phishers send out mass e-mails to targeted recipients with the hopes of at least a few recipients replying with their personal information. Unfortunately, Concordia is often targeted due to the large number of account holders.

Concordia University will never ask for your personal information by phone, e-mail, or URL unless it is in response to a support request you have initiated.

Michel Robitaille appointed Director, Policy and Planning, IITS

Frank Maselli named Interim Director, AITS

It is with pleasure that Acting Head, IITS, Patrick Kelley, and Vice President Services, Michael Di Grappa, announce the appointment of Michel Robitaille as Director, Policy and Planning, IITS, effective July 1, 2009.

ENCS Dean Robin Drew is happy to announce that Frank Maselli will assume the position of Interim Director of AITS. “We are pleased to welcome Frank back to the university and look forward to working with him in the development and delivery of IT services within the Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science,” said Drew.
