Please be advised that telephone moves, adds and changes will be unavailable from Wednesday, Dec. 1, 2004 to Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2005, in order to accommodate telephony requirements for the new Engineering, Computer Science and Visual Arts Complex Building.

The following services will be affected:

• Connection of new telephones.
• Changes to programming of existing telephones. These include:
• Adding line appearances;
• Features changes (i.e., call forward busy, call forward no answer); and
• voice mail.
• Moves of telephones to other buildings.
• Changes to telephone display and to listings in the corporate directory.

Please note that the installation of cabling will not be affected.

We will do our utmost to accommodate all requests received before Dec. 1. Orders may still be submitted after this date, but will only be processed after Jan. 4.
