IITS Scheduled Workshops: Register for a course

IITS is committed to serving the Concordia community as an educational resource. We provide a wide variety of free computer workshops to faculty, staff and students on all university supported software. The majority of these sessions are offered twice a year ( Fall and Winter) and span the entire computing spectrum, from PC-based applications to operating systems, the Web and other Internet topics. The IITS Training and Development Group offers various methods of training and is extremely adaptable to different learning needs and styles. Computer-based Training:
We offer a large selection of courses, including Access, Dreamweaver and Powerpoint.

Telephone Training:
The IITS Training and Development Group continues to hold workshops teaching faculty and staff how to use the new phones to their full capacity. These sessions focus on advanced features such as call forwarding, speed dialing, transferring calls, placing conference calls, and much more.

Department training:
